When I was undergoing Reiki treatment with Yvette, I had a profound experience. Now that I have completed the Reiki 1 course, I already feel much more balanced. I never thought that the Reiki energy would work so quickly.

Moreover, I was a bit apprehensive about actually doing the self-practice, as one hour sounded quite long to me. Now I practice every evening before going to bed and feel a deep sense of relaxation.

Since the Reiki course, I am much more connected to myself and make decisions based on my own feelings. I ask myself, “What is best for me? Am I doing it for myself or for others?”

Thank you very much, Yvette, for these great insights. I’m really looking forward to the Reiki 2 course as well.

(Could it be that your hands are suddenly guiding you and you have to use zero strength in your arms? I was startled myself last night when that happened).

The beginning was a firework of feelings (warmth, tingling, well-being, partial lift-off…) & colours (blue/violet).

During Yvette’s treatment, I felt/seen her hands again, despite my eyes being closed!

Content: Full of content! Interesting for me as a beginner without much previous knowledge. The kinesiological aura test is also exciting!

I had a few very enriching Reiki sessions that brought me into balance and connected me with my higher self.

That’s why I became curious to learn this energy healing myself and had formulated it as a wish during the Twelve Nights of Yule.

I found the initiation intense and calming at the same time. I felt the connection to my higher self. I swayed around a little several times.

Suddenly I had the feeling that the sun was shining on my face, even though it was raining outside.

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL CHANGES AFTER THE REIKI 1 COURSE

I feel healthy and centred. My sleep has improved slightly and I’m less likely to get stressed or upset.

I’ve also become more conscious when it comes to nutrition and health, so I prioritise relaxation and recovery even more.

ADVANCED MS

Reiki has done me a lot of good. My body hasn’t felt this “light” for a year! And that’s despite the fact that I used to laugh at spirituality when I was still healthy.

After this Reiki treatment, however, I am 100% convinced that spiritual people have actually attained a completely different level of consciousness than those who pay no attention to this.

DEEPLY RELAXED

A treatment with Yvette Plimmer is incredibly relaxing. I’ve tried a few things, but nowhere else was I so deeply relaxed.
