Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

for Courses, Workshops and Treatment Appointments of Reiki-School.ch.

A. Terms and Conditions for Courses and Workshops

1. Binding Booking

A booking is considered binding once it has been confirmed by both parties or once the full course fee has been received.

From this point onwards, no refund is possible, even if the participant switches between in-person and online courses.

2. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to an existing booking are only possible by prior agreement and require the express consent of Reiki-School.ch.
There is no entitlement to a change of booking.

3. Credit

If a participant is unable or unwilling to attend a booked course or workshop, the amount already paid will be credited as course credit.

This credit may:

• be used within 12 months towards another course or workshop, or

• be transferred to another person within 12 months.

Alternatively, the credit may be redeemed within 12 months for RINGANA products.

Cash payment or refund of the credit is excluded.

4. Minimum Number of Participants and Schedule Changes

Most courses and workshops require a minimum of two participants.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Reiki-School.ch reserves the right to postpone the course or workshop at short notice.

For organisational reasons, course dates may also be changed or rescheduled at short notice. In such cases, participants will be informed in good time. No further claims may be asserted.

B. Terms and Conditions for Treatment Appointments

5. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Booked treatment appointments are binding.

A free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In the event of cancellation:

• 48 to 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of CHF 100.– will be charged.

• Less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the event of non-attendance (no-show), the appointment will be charged at the full agreed hourly rate according to the current price list.

6. Duration of the First Reiki Session

The first Reiki session generally lasts 90 minutes, unless the client has already attended a Reiki course with me.

For all subsequent treatment appointments, the previously agreed individual duration applies.

7. Right to Amend

I reserve the right to change prices, fees and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on my website or by written notification to clients and will apply to future bookings only.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Reiki-School.ch, insofar as legally permissible.

General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Treatment Appointments

Cancellations and Fees

• Free cancellation: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment without charge.
• Cancellation 48–24 hours before the appointment: 50 CHF fee.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show: full session fee (CHF 160 until 5 pm / CHF 180 after 5 pm and on weekends/public holidays).

First Reiki Session

• The first Reiki session always lasts 90 minutes, unless you have already attended a Reiki course with me.
• For all further sessions, the previously agreed duration applies.

Right to Amend

• I reserve the right to change prices, fees, and these general terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes become effective upon publication on my website or by written notification to clients.
