EMR quality label
The EMR Quality Label is the quality seal of the ErfahrungsMedizinisches Register (EMR).
Therapists who offer treatment methods such as naturopathy, craniosacral therapy or art therapy can have their qualifications assessed and certified by the EMR. The EMR Quality Label has been recognized nationwide in Switzerland for 20 years and helps all interested parties to navigate the field of complementary medicine.
Prospective therapists can accumulate training hours from my REIKI courses in order to register themselves with the EMR. You need approximately 200 hours per year of further education to remain registered with the EMR.
Are the Reiki treatments and training programmes
covered by health insurance?
This cannot be answered in a general manner. It always depends on the health insurance company and the policy/coverage/package that the policyholder has with the health insurance company. In general, it can be said that a supplementary insurance is definitely needed and Reiki is not covered by the basic health insurance. Please inquire directly with your health insurance company for specific information. I always provide a receipt, which can be submitted after the treatment.

General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Courses and Workshops
Binding Booking
– A booking is binding as soon as it has been confirmed by both parties or the course fee has been received.
– In this case, no refund will be given, even if you switch between in-person and online courses.
Changes
– Changes to a booking are only possible after prior agreement and with my approval.
Credit
– If you are unable to attend a course or workshop, the already paid fee can be credited towards another course/workshop within one year or used for treatments.
– Alternatively, the credit can be transferred to another person or used to purchase RINGANA products.
Number of Participants and Schedule Changes
– Most courses take place with a minimum of two participants.
– If the minimum number is not reached, I reserve the right to reschedule the course at short notice.
– For organisational reasons, course dates may also be changed or rescheduled at short notice.
General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Treatment Appointments
Cancellations and Fees
– Free cancellation: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment without charge.
– Cancellation 48–24 hours before the appointment: 50 CHF fee.
– Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show: full session fee (CHF 160 until 5 pm / CHF 180 after 5 pm and on weekends/public holidays).
First Reiki Session
– The first Reiki session always lasts 90 minutes, unless you have already attended a Reiki course with me.
– For all further sessions, the previously agreed duration applies.
Right to Amend
– I reserve the right to change prices, fees, and these general terms and conditions at any time.
– Changes become effective upon publication on my website or by written notification to clients.
