Reiki and/or massage with simple polarity hand positions to balance Yin/Yang energies.
Integrating polarity hand positions in a Reiki treatment or massage is a great combination and wonderfully complementary.
POLARITY
The Polarity Therapy developed by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981) is a comprehensive health system that combines Eastern and Western healing methods and is based on a unique model of energy anatomy. The goal is to enable a harmonious, balanced flow of life energy in and around the body within the bipolar energy field of the human being. Health and natural well-being are thus promoted and maintained.
Polarity is based on the philosophical concept of Tao. According to this teaching, everything in the universe consists of the polarities of Yin and Yang, which give rise to light and shadow, and from their transformations, movements, and interplay, the material world emerges. According to the Taoist philosophy, since every definition represents a limitation and the Tao represents a transcendent phenomenon, the spoken Tao is not the true Tao. The therapy form Polarity, derived from this philosophy, was developed by Randolph Stone and has proven effective for many ailments.
EFFECT
The focus of Polarity Therapy is to harmonize and restore the energetic and physical balance.
In therapeutic work, disturbances and energetic blockages are identified and resolved through appropriate treatment methods. The mechanisms of self-healing are activated, and the inherent vitality within a person is restored.
Polarity therapy can serve as a form of preventive healthcare. It can also provide relief for tension, pain, sleep disorders, stress, fatigue, and nervousness. After illnesses or surgeries, it can have a supportive effect and positively influence the healing process.
Randolph Stone emigrated from Austria to the United States as a young man. He completed his studies as an osteopath, chiropractor, and naturopathic physician. During his work, he came to the realization that there is inherent healing power within humans that can be specifically supported and activated. Drawing on his extensive knowledge, he developed Polarity Therapy.
Dr. Stone’s direct students, such as Jim Feil, Raymond Castellino, Jim Said, or Cindy Rawlinson, as well as proactive teachers of the next Polarity generation like Mary Louise Muller, John Chitty, John Beaulieu, Chandana Becker, Franklyn Sills, or Phil Young, have expanded and refined the broad healing art over the past decades.
These workshops are only available in person in Zurich.

How are the different course durations and prices for seminars and initiations determined?
With over 20 years of experience in the field of Reiki, my training in England and Switzerland, as well as my teaching of Japanese/Tibetan Reiki according to its origins and traditions, along with additional training and experiences (see here) spanning over 30 years, I am able to impart profound and extensive knowledge about Reiki to my students.
In addition to fundamental techniques such as Kenyoku, Scanning, Beaming, Byosen, Gassho, Hatsu Rei Ho etc., and energy work within the aura and chakras, I also integrate further aspects such as nutrition, the laws of attraction, the power of thought, and much more into my courses (see course content).
I had the extraordinary fortune to learn from Sharon, who collaborated with Frank Arjava Petter and William Lee Rand.
This provided me with the opportunity to learn the traditional Japanese Reiki system Usui Shiki Ryoho according to the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, as well as Tibetan Reiki and numerous Japanese techniques.
This experience enables me to offer traditional Reiki training in Zurich and online. The positive feedback from my students who have previously learned Reiki from other teachers confirms the quality of my training.
In the past, a Reiki course typically lasted two days. Nowadays, this is no longer necessary as information regarding the history of Reiki, the functioning of chakras and aura etc., is easily accessible in books or online.
Nevertheless, I cover these topics in my courses.
Additionally, participants receive comprehensive course materials (25-40 pages depending on the level), access to exchange groups, as well as a handcrafted diploma with seal. Furthermore, I provide access to exclusive content on my website under EXCLUSIVE FOR STUDENTS.
To ensure that I teach and train according to Dr. Mikao Usui's traditional method as a Reiki teacher, I maintain a verifiable Reiki lineage (or Reiki family tree). The direct lineage to Dr. Mikao Usui can be viewed here.
Since 2020, I have also been offering online courses to give even more people the opportunity to benefit from my extensive knowledge and long-standing experience.
My courses take place in small, personal groups, allowing me to address each participant individually. After each level (attunement), participants carry out a 21-day self-treatment at home in order to integrate the energy sustainably.
