Reiki 1st Degree | Introduction

At the first level, the teacher activates the inner healing channel, releasing personal energy blockages and cultivating awareness of energy and spirituality. You will learn the traditional hand positions of the Usui system to transmit „Universal Energy“ through your hands and activate self-healing abilities. This serves as an introduction to a transformative process, allowing your own spirituality to flow. Reiki energy is also highly receptive to animals and plants.

Additionally, you will receive a Reiki lineage. No prerequisites are required for the 1st level, only curiosity and the desire to learn this ancient Japanese energy and healing method.
